Live from your inner strength
Building on the tools learned in I and II, Insight III focuses on centering yourself. Het is een zeldzame kans om volledig los te koppelen, naar binnen te keren en contact te maken met jezelf.

Teen Insight is about you In vier dagen ontdek je waar jij blij van wordt en wat jou uniek maakt. Je ontmoet leeftijdsgenoten uit Nederland, België en andere landen met dezelfde vragen en uitdagingen als jij. Samen beleef je een programma vol actie, creativiteit en échte gesprekken onder leiding van David Raynr en met een ervaren team begeleiders en vertaler.
You’ll take on fun and challenging tasks—both individually and in groups. With the help of music, humor, and openness, you’ll explore themes that truly matter to you. There’s nothing you need to ‘fix’. You’re free to just be yourself. You’ll have space to discover what’s important to you, and to make choices that fit you. Every day brings something new. You’ll grow as a person and as a group—and along the way, amazing (international) friendships will form.

For David, his love for Insight began at the age of 17 when he attended his first Insight I Seminar. He has been facilitating Insight Seminars for nearly 40 years, alongside building a successful acting career.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
